Digital Delivery Policy

How Soraccreen delivers digital products after a successful purchase and how to request help when needed.

All products sold by Soraccreen are digital-only ebooks delivered as downloadable PDF files.

No physical product will be shipped. Shipping fees are not charged for Soraccreen digital products.

Delivery method

Our automated delivery system operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After your purchase is completed and payment is confirmed, your digital file is delivered electronically.

Instant email delivery A separate email containing a secure, one-time download link will be sent to the email address entered during checkout within five minutes of the completed purchase.

System requirements

To receive, open and save your Soraccreen purchase, you should have:

  • A valid email address that can receive your download link.
  • Software capable of opening PDF files, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview or a modern web browser.
  • Sufficient storage on your device. Files are typically smaller than 10 MB.

Delivery troubleshooting

If your download email has not appeared within ten minutes:

  • Check your Spam, Junk and Promotions folders.
  • Confirm that the inbox associated with your order has available storage.
  • Confirm that you are checking the email address used during checkout.

If you still cannot locate your file, email tech.soraccreen@outlook.com . After the purchase is verified, we can reissue the download link.
