By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province or country of residence, or that you otherwise have legal permission to use the Services.

You may be asked to provide information including your name, email address, billing information and payment details. You agree that information you supply will be accurate, current and complete.

You are responsible for protecting any account credentials associated with a commerce or payment platform and for activity performed through your account.

Soraccreen provides digital products, including downloadable PDF ebooks, guides, scripts and templates. No physical product is shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Product descriptions, availability and contents may change. We may update or discontinue a product, but changes will not remove access rights already expressly granted for a completed order except where reasonably necessary for legal, security or technical reasons.

An order is not complete until payment is successfully processed and confirmation or access instructions are provided. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability or legal restrictions.

Approved refunds are returned through the applicable payment provider to the original payment method.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without advance notice. The amount charged will be the amount displayed and confirmed during checkout, subject to the correction of an obvious pricing error.

Taxes may be calculated and added at checkout where applicable. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information for each purchase.

Digital products are delivered through a download page, email, secure access link or the commerce platform used for checkout.

You are responsible for using the correct email address, downloading the purchased file and keeping an appropriate backup. You are also responsible for having compatible software capable of opening the provided file format.

Unless otherwise stated, the Services and digital products—including their text, graphics, images, templates and other materials—are owned by or licensed to ALISON PRIME LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post or provide the purchased product to another person. You may adapt provided scripts and templates for your own permitted use, but you may not sell or distribute the underlying Soraccreen materials as a competing or standalone product.

The Services may provide access or links to tools supplied by third parties. Those tools are operated independently and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

We do not control those tools and do not guarantee their continuing availability, compatibility or performance.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, security, availability or privacy practices.

Accessing a third-party website is at your discretion and subject to that provider’s terms.

Soraccreen uses third-party commerce and payment services, including Whop and the payment providers made available through its checkout.

Those providers may process payments, conduct fraud screening, calculate taxes, display alternative payment methods and manage transaction records under their own terms and privacy policies.

The legal structure of a transaction, including whether a commerce provider acts as a reseller, merchant of record or payment facilitator, may depend on the provider and payment method displayed at checkout. Any additional transaction terms shown during checkout also apply.

Questions about Soraccreen product contents, downloads or support should be directed to Soraccreen. Payment providers may need to handle questions concerning their own payment processing or account services.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Soraccreen Privacy Policy . Commerce and payment providers process information under their own privacy policies.

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas or feedback about Soraccreen, you grant ALISON PRIME LLC a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt and publish that feedback for lawful business purposes.

This does not transfer ownership of unrelated materials or confidential information that you have not intentionally submitted as feedback.

The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, incorrect prices or omissions. We may correct inaccurate information and, when reasonably necessary, cancel an affected order.

If a completed order is cancelled because of our error, amounts collected for that order will be refunded through the applicable payment provider.

You may not use the Services unlawfully; violate another person’s rights; distribute malicious code; interfere with website security; attempt unauthorized access; or copy, resell or redistribute Soraccreen products in violation of the license granted above.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity, intellectual-property infringement, security threats or a material breach of these Terms.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination—including license restrictions, intellectual-property rights and liability provisions— will remain effective.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and digital products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Soraccreen materials are provided for general informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice.

We do not guarantee particular business, financial, client, employment, AI-generated or other results from using a product.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALISON PRIME LLC and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services or digital products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALISON PRIME LLC from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, infringement of another person’s rights or material breach of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any additional terms displayed during checkout constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services, except where another written agreement expressly applies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this website. The “Last updated” date identifies when the most recent changes took effect.

Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.
